Our freeze-dried treats are naturally preserved by removing moisture, but proper storage is key to maintaining freshness. Shelf life is significantly shortened when moisture, air, or contaminants are introduced.
Unopened: Store sealed bags in a cool, dark, and dry location for up to 2 years.
Opened:
- Room temperature: Up to 1 month
- Refrigerated: Up to 5 months
- Frozen: Up to 1 year
To maximize freshness, keep treats sealed when not in use and avoid introducing moisture or contaminants when handling.

We can't go wrong with any Sender Snacks in our house. I've used store-bought freeze dried for years, but these are next level. Maybe it's the variety of proteins or how it's processed, but they are super high value to my dogs. 10/10 will buy again :)
The treats have a great consistency and can be used for training without them crumbling in your treat bag! My pup devoured the whole bag in a few days and we're already placing an order for another one. Love the brand and what they stand for!
