As some of our treats are made from whole-animal parts, small amounts of fur or hair may occasionally remain. This is a natural characteristic of minimally processed animal products and is not considered a defect.

Our freeze-dried treats are naturally preserved by removing moisture, but proper storage is key to maintaining freshness. Shelf life is significantly shortened when moisture, air, or contaminants are introduced.
Unopened: Store sealed bags in a cool, dark, and dry location for up to 2 years.
Opened:
- Room temperature: Up to 1 month
- Refrigerated: Up to 5 months
- Frozen: Up to 1 year
To maximize freshness, keep treats sealed when not in use and avoid introducing moisture or contaminants when handling.

Is it crazy that I even like the smell of these? They smell really fresh and grassy, and my dogs are obsessed with them. I love keeping these by the door for a high value reward when visitors come (we're working on manners with greeting, its a LONG process for Arlo and Juni) and these really keep my dogs focus on me
