Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as pet treats) cannot be returned due to the possibility of tampering, opened products will not be resealed and resold. However, we do want to ensure you and your pets are happy with our products, so please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If your return is accepted there may be a shipping and $5.00 processing fee depending on the situation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellations and Changes
We accept order cancellations and changes as long as orders are cancelled before they have been shipped. There will be a $5.00 processing fee for order cancellations.
