Our freeze-dried treats are naturally preserved by removing moisture, but proper storage is key to maintaining freshness. Shelf life is significantly shortened when moisture, air, or contaminants are introduced.
Unopened: Store sealed bags in a cool, dark, and dry location for up to 2 years.
Opened:
- Room temperature: Up to 1 month
- Refrigerated: Up to 5 months
- Frozen: Up to 1 year
To maximize freshness, keep treats sealed when not in use and avoid introducing moisture or contaminants when handling.

Ari goes bonkers for these bison balls! They are easy to break in half so he thinks he's getting 2 treats :-) He's a picky eater, and has spit out other treat brands, but every product we've tried with Sender to the Summit, he just loves. Exceptional quality.
