Bison liver is one of the most nutrient-dense organs, rich in Vitamin A, B vitamins (especially B12), iron, copper, and essential amino acids that support energy, immune function, and overall health.
Bison heart is a lean muscle organ rich in protein, taurine, iron, zinc, and B vitamins, helping support heart health, muscle development, and stamina.
*Vitamin A is important for vision, immune function, and cell growth. However, it's crucial to be mindful of the levels of vitamin A consumed, as excessive intake can lead to vitamin A toxicity. Both liver and kidney contain high levels of vitamin A.

Unopened: Store sealed bags in a cool, dark, and dry location for up to 2 years.
Opened:
- Room temperature: Up to 1 month
- Refrigerated: Up to 5 months
- Frozen: Up to 1 year
