As a novel protein, elk is a great option for pets with common protein sensitivities, plus elk trachea is thinner than both beef and bison trachea.
Please note: trachea may naturally contain a thin layer of fat, which adds palatability but should be fed in moderation, especially for pets sensitive to richer foods.
