Freeze Dried Quail Chicks
Freeze Dried Quail Chicks
Freeze dried raw quail chicks for your pets!
Health Benefits:
Quail meat is highly nutritious, with high levels of protein, calcium, iron and zinc. Quail also contains vitamins B, D, A, and K.
Quail meat is low in fat content and considered hypoallergenic. Oftentimes, pets that are allergic to poultry can still eat quail, making it an excellent alternative!
The ruffage (feathers) and intestinal contents provide fiber which supports gut health. The inclusion of all internal organs, glands, and blood provides a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals.
Your pet may not recognize whole prey as food at first, they may take their time, smelling and playing with it initially. This can be fun mental stimulation!
Preparation:
Quail chicks are humanely and safely euthanized with CO2.
Quail chicks are all hand washed to remove debris, soaked in white vinegar (acetic acid), then rinsed, and patted dry.
